Raku fired clay
4.5" x 6.25" x 6.25"
"Who would have thought that mixing mud pies in our alley when I was very, very young would lead me to my future explorations in the ancient tradition of handbuilding with clay? The hard edged imagery is digitally reproduced from my original drawings and is cut by a computer controlled vinyl plotter, which then interacts with the effects of smoke and fire on my vessels."
