Payment
The Peters Valley Gallery's online store accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal. A 7% sales tax will be added to NJ sales. Orders will not be shipped until payment is received.

How secure is the store?
This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

You do not need a PayPal account to purchase from this store, but if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.

Special Orders/Commissions
The Peters Valley Gallery online shop features selected items from our physical store, but does not encompass all we have to offer in person. If you see something you like, but it is just not right, or you are looking for a specific item, please contact us directly. We will gladly try to accommodate your request whether it be locating other items in-store or creating a custom order.

Shipping
The shipping prices are for orders shipped within the Continental United States. All orders are shipped USPS and insured. Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico or international orders, please call or email for special shipping requirements.

Returns
If you are unhappy with your purchase from the Peters Valley Gallery for any reason it may be returned for Store Credit within 30 days of the date purchased. Store Credits are valid for one year from the date issued.

Damaged Merchandise
If merchandise arrives to you damaged, please call us immediately at (973)948-5202 or email gallery@petersvalley.org. Save all boxes and packing materials. Pictures may be needed for documentation.
